Metaimpact uses multi-factor authentication (MFA) is an additional layer of security to protect your account from unauthorized access. Users are required to use the multi-factor authentication self-enrollment process when authenticating to Metaimpact services.
Third-Party Assessments
Metaimpact utilizes a 3rd party penetration testing firm on a quarterly basis to test the Metaimpact platform. We also conduct internal audits to ensure that processes are implemented and working as intended.
Data Encryption
Within Metaimpact , your data is encrypted at rest and protected by TLS in transit. Sessions between you and your browser and connection are always protected with in-transit encryption, advanced TLS (1.2 and 1.3) protocols.

Infrastructure & Physical Security
The Metaimpact platform is hosted on Google Cloud Platform. Access to GCP data centers is strictly controlled and monitored by security staff, tight access control, and video surveillance, and are SOC 2 Type 2 certified.
